Members and guests gathered at Palace Electric on Wednesday 13 March to watch Dune Part 2, which continues the adaptation of Frank Herbert’s classic novel. Champagne and popcorn flowed as we followed the continuing adventure of Paul Atriedes in his efforts to avenge his father and save the planet Dune. Congratulations to Adelaide Jones on winning the raffle and to our door prize winners too.  With ticket sales and raffle proceeds, we raised more than $600 towards giving the young and disadvantaged a sporting chance.
